Vitamin D โ˜€๏ธ

Sometimes, I donโ€™t work out ๐Ÿ‹๏ธโ€โ™€๏ธ because I donโ€™t have the energy or time for an hour or 45 minutes to really sweat sweat it out. Often, that means that I just skip the workout and put it off for another day. My goal is not to forgo the 20 or 30 minute workouts if thatโ€™s all I have in me. I am trying to reframe my mindset and set value to the smaller exercise days and get outside for some vitamin D and a quick jog or upstairs for a floor workout. Today, I did a run/walk for 30 minutes and got some sunshine and fresh air. I popped in my AirPods, set my Amazon music on old school hip hop, and hit the pavement. I am so glad I did, even though the calorie burn ๐Ÿ”ฅ wasnโ€™t crazy, I feel like I got some anxious energy out and feel ready to relax and chill out for the evening.
