So we just started our bathroom remodel last Friday and at last the demo is done! I spent a lot of time choosing the perfect bathtub, fixtures and flooring. My hubby’s big ask was a rain shower. It was literally the only thing he declared as a must have in our new space. Our contractor Craig knows his stuff and what will work and what won’t. He has worked with us to develop an aesthetic that we will be happy with and has opinions which has been very helpful through the process. After the demo, the space was cleaned up for the weekend which was a big deal to me. Definitely, ask your contractor these types of questions before you commit to a remodel. A good contractor will not make you feel stupid for asking lots of questions (which I def have) and will have a crew of people that they use and trust. Many of our fixtures are on back order due to COVID so hopefully we don’t get stalled out waiting. Otherwise, I’ll keep you posted as we move through this process.
