So I decided to create a yummy summer (or end of winter cocktail) to go with my tasty salmon and homemade mango 🥭 salsa 💃. Here’s the recipe for this refreshing light cocktail:

- 2 oz Effen Cucumber Vodka
- Juice of 1 lime
- Bottle of Topo Chico
- Ice
- Throw in lime for garnish
- Enjoy!!
