So… anyone have a late night Facebook ad splurge that actually worked out spectacularly?? Well for me that one is the Power Ring from Shop Bala. Per the website it’s as if, “The kettlebell and the dumbbell had a baby and – it turns out – she’s cute.” The ring is 10 pounds and perfect for all kinds of movements! It showed up on my doorstep super fast and it’s actually really pretty! I chose the lavender color and the weight was exactly as described. There are tons of videos online so if you bore easily during workouts this could be a great addition.
